The Attack, Southern Baptist Calvinists are Hyper-Calvinists!

It comes this time in the form of a book review of the book, God So Loved The World: Traditional Baptists and Calvinism, written by Fisher Humphreys and Paul Robertson, New Orleans: Insight Press, 2001.  The review is done by Dr. J. Terry Young, Professor Emeritus, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.¹

Now it's an interesting side note that the SBC CALVINIST took Theology Courses under both Dr. Humphreys and Dr. Young and was at NOBTS when Paul Robertson was a doctoral student. 

Here's the statement in the review that raises my ire.  The Calvinism most often encountered among Southern Baptists today is hyper-Calvinism.  Dr. Young should know better than this but perhaps he doesn't.  Perhaps that is the reason we continue to have this circular discussion in SBC circles.
